What We Keep

Real situations. Creative Solutions.

“ I have decades of photos in boxes and I’m drowning.”

  •  Shoeboxes everywhere. Duplicates. Mystery people. Photos you can't bear to look at but can't throw away.

  •  I come to your home and we go through them together. I listen to the stories as we sort—chronologically, by theme, whatever makes sense for you.

  •  Permission to let go of duplicates, blurry shots, and photos of people you don't remember—without guilt.

  •  An organized archive you can actually enjoy. Digitization coordinated. A system you can maintain.

  •  You can finally see what you have. Your family will inherit stories, not chaos.

“I inherited my aunt’s entire house. I’m not sure where to start.”

  •  A piano no one plays. A wedding dress in a box. Jewelry you're not sure about.

  •  I come to your home and hear the stories. Who did these belong to? What memories are attached? Then we explore your options together.

  • The piano — Does anyone in your family play? If not, we find a music school that needs it. Or sell it and use the proceeds for something meaningful.

The wedding dress — Keep it as-is? Or transform it into a christening gown for your daughter, heirloom pillows, or a memory quilt? I know a seamstress who does beautiful work.

The jewelry — Wear it? Redesign it into something modern? Get it appraised first? I'll connect you with the right people.

  •  Clarity, preserved stories, and creative solutions—not just belongings making you feel guilty.

What Kept Well is NOT

To maintain clarity and trust, Kept Well does not:

  • Provide legal or financial advice

  • Appraise monetary value

  • Make inheritance decisions on your behalf

  • Pressure clients to discard items

  • Purchase items from clients for resale

Our role is preservation, documentation, creative problem-solving and care.
